    I am trying to get the email notifications to be sent to a specific email address. However, when I tried to enter the email address in the General Settings under “Recipients”, “CC Addresses” and/or “BCC Addresses”, the email won’t register.

    Instead, clicking those fields present themselves like a drop down menu and I have to choose a selection of inputs that is pretty much the ids of the fields I created in the form, which is definitely not correct.

    Am I doing it wrong or is there a bug in the plugin?

    I hope you’re doing well!

    Into the Recipients fields, only an email of a registered user can be added. Although there should be no issues adding an email to the CC Addresses and BCC Addresses. I’ve tested the plugin on my end and could not replicate the issue.

    It can be a conflict with another plugin. Please run a quick test, deactivate all the other plugins, besides the Forminator and try to add an email to these fields. If all is well, please start activating one plugin at the time, every time trying to replicate the issue again. This way you will find which plugin can be causing this.

    Edit: I managed to figure it out. Thanks for the help!

    I managed to add the emails in the recipient as well as the cc fields as require. But now I am having trouble receiving emails to my email accounts. I tried to disable plugins, turned smtp on and off, even changed the theme to a wordpress default theme. Still unable to receive.
