 * i set up an amazing guiform for my site filled with check boxes and scroll downs
   etc.
    problem is that when i receive an email from a subscriber. i only get the
   info they put in for name (required), email (required), and subscribe options(
   NOT required). nothing else comes through. how do i fix this thanks
