• Users are getting error messages on form submission “It doesn’t seem to be working now”/ “There is a processing error”. They are then submitting an additional form and getting charged twice or even three times. They are also having issues with the log in form. When they hit sign in instead of signing them in they are being taken back to the log in form. Any insight or help on these issues would be greatly appreciated. This plugin was set up by a past developer so I dont have any license or log in info and I have submitted emails to formcraft multiple times.

    This issue seems to be related to FormCraft Premium not basic, so this is not the right forum.

    I am sorry but we can’t provide support without a valid key. I’d recommend reaching out to your past developer.

    We have tried multiple time without a response. Is there any way you could look up the account with any other information. This can’t be the only time a past developer has gone AWOL. So far this support has been very disappointing.
