 * Hello again,
 * We are receiving error messages when linking to websites. They open in a new 
   window, but show a 404 page not found, not the homepage where we direct them 
   to. Examples include Divinity LA, The Elephant Pants, and Explore Outfitters.

 * Hi,
 * There’s some kind of redirect issue. In the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab,
   there is a setting called “Maintain Filtering”. If you set this to “No”, does
   that same issue still happen?
