# Receiving empty email notifications

 * Hi all-
 * Just started using WordPress/Ninja Forms and cannot seem to get Ninja Forms to
   properly send the test content I’m typing.
 * I do receive an email, though the first one had a CSV, and after turning off 
   CSV, I just received empty emails… (the CSV had the message but I’d rather just
   see it in a standard email.)
 * Any help appreciated!

 * This happens to me too, it sends empty mail even though I use a correct reply
   form. Both HTML and text e-mails are empty but it works with CSV.
 * Please fix this???

 * emailed Ninja Forms and got this back, which worked!
 * ————-
    Zach replied Dec 3 3:42pm Delete all of that text, and then click the “
   Insert All Fields” button above the editor. It will add a shortcode which should
   work properly.
