Receiving email multiple times at same address

    I am trying to submit form to one email, and it works fine, but I get THREE copies of the exact same email every single time. How can I fix this?

    I will be using the form for a contest in December in which I will get around 10K emails every day…so this can’t be happening haha. Any help is appreciated!
