• Getting an error in the admin dashboard that says:

Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

So here I am, just let me know what you need. NOTE: this site is in development and not available via a public URL without a password. We did not have this issue prior to today during our several week development window.

Can you take the “Support” checkbox steps mentioned and paste the contents of the textarea from the newly revealed “Debug Logs” submenu item?

That’ll allow us to review and determine potential next steps.

FWIW, the error/warning disappeared from the dashboard.

The admin notice is meant to disappear once the debug log page is viewed, to avoid being too persistent, but is also set to return if a new incident has occurred.

Based on the error, it indicates that the API isn’t managing to refresh itself and we’ll need to do a manual disconnect/reconnect to get things back in working order.
