I’m using both Livefyre and Woocommerce on my site but it seems there could be a conflict between the two.
Woocommerce uses the built-in WordPress commenting system for it’s product reviews and has successfully been replaced by Livefyre (visit http://www.gemmawild.co.uk/shop to see a working example). However, I am receiving comment spam directly via the default WordPress commenting system (and not Livefyre). So far, it has just been on product reviews and not blog posts but I’m not sure why this would be as they are both being handled the same way?
