    The plugins is great and it was working perfect. But I don’t know why stared to create the cards without the receiver information. So only the buyer get the email with the gift card. Can you please help me? Thanks

    Go to the front end of your store and add a Gift Card to your cart. Do the To / From / Message fields appear in your cart?

    If so, complete the order. Do the To / From / Message fields still appear in the Order Line Items area?

    If so, then the information is carrying over correctly. Perhaps the purchasing customer entered their own email address as the “To” so that they could deliver the gift card themselves?

    The To / From / Message fields appear in the product page, Then I select the amount, fill out the information and adding to the cart. But I don’t see those fields in the cart or checkout page.

    It sounds like you may have an “AJAX Add-To-Cart” feature enabled from your theme that is preventing the card from being added. Disable this option and see if that does the trick.

    You are right!!! Is there no option to have this feature enable using your plugin?

    If your theme developer can’t (or won’t) pull in all of the <form> fields into the function like WooCommerce does by default then unfortunately it won’t work with our plugin.

    They may be able to provide you an answer about disabling it for specific products. Some themes do this and we have already incorporated those into our plugin.
