# "Received form" header question

 * Good morning
    This is the first time I have used this plugin though familiar 
   with websites and forms. Found it very easy to setup normal contact form and 
   managed to work out how to set up a second more complicated one with checkboxes
   etc.
 * I have sent test emails to myself – the **content** is as it should be but in
   my email programme, the normal contact form shows Subject and From names correctly
   up at the top, but the second form has** [your-subject] as the Subject and [your-
   name] as the Sender.** This wouldn’t bother me too much but on client websites
   it will be a real issue.
 * Is this set out in the Mail section of the editing page? As far as I can see,
   the left hand Mail section is identical in both forms.

   interface.

 * Thank you. I now have the Mail 2 section exactly the same as the first Mail section
   on both sides and am still getting the error.

 * Am not sure what Mail 2 is exactly – why it is necessary I mean?
