Receive data via email TO a WordPress website

I was wondering if it is possible to send data from one WP website to another by email? We have several websites to generate leads but I want to get them all into one dB. I’d like to have one site have a CRM and project manager in it to keep it all in one spot. The form maker I’m using sends the data out by email but I was wondering if there is a way to get that info into just one site? Or does someone have a smarter way to do that?
