    Hi,

    I have 2 questions:

    1. How can we issue receipts for customers paying with credit cards?
    2. Can we issue refunds directly from the WooCommerce admin?

    Hello @asafm7

    Let me try to answer your questions:
    1) there is no receipts option included in our plugin, there are however additional plugins you can use to provide the customer with such document if needed: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-print-invoice-packing-list/

    2) Paypal Payments has got the option within your order overview to give refunds to customers. When the payment was done via our (PayPal) plugin there should be 2 options on the order page: “Refund £0 manually” & “Refund £0 via PayPal”. At this moment I only have the sandbox setup available for myself to test with, so am not sure if you encounter any issues in the live environment. In the sandbox environment, I did not encounter any issue when refunding simple product purchases.

    No financial document is issued that confirms the payment was successful and accepted?

    correct, only the email that is sent out to confirm the order status to the customer and the sale notification to the merchant, but I assumed you were not talking about those.
