# Receipt not loading

 * I am testing the purchase process on my site, and after making a payment through
   Paypal, I return to the receipt page and get a message saying “We are retrieving
   your order. Thank you for your patience!
    This may take a few minutes.” and it
   shows a process bar. But it doesn’t load to receipt at all. I’ve tried it several
   times and left the page running for at least 10 minutes and it stays the same.
 * Also, I didn’t receive an email receipt generated by cart66, I just got the Paypal
   receipt.
 * Are there any settings I need to change?
