    Hi,

    Is it possible to get a notification twice, but the items in different languages?

    The customer notes shortcodes are available in PRO.

    Just to clarify, it’s not the order notes, it’s the purchase notes. Are we talking about the same thing?

    To me it is not clear whats the difference between order notes and purchase notes.

    I am referring to the note that the user can leave when completing the order.

    if you are reffering to product metadata such as size , dimensions etc that are chosen during purchase that is a different shortcode.

    When you are creating a product on Woocommerce and you go to Advanced. You can leave purchase notes. But those purchase notes only popup to the customer.

    I also run against the problem that the notification is not always sending right away. Some orders I don’t receive the emails for at all.

    Right now it’s not sending at all.

    You must set the proper condition upon which the notification is triggered. Usually from “Pending Payment” to “Processing” is the default rule.

    It was working fine yesterday. I didn’t change anything. It just stopped working today.

    Probably you have a problem with the emails or the hosting that you use is blocking those. Or if you have updated woocommerce the notifications get disabled which you can manually enable from woocommerce settings emails

    But the standard email from Woocommerce arrives.. it is enabled.

    yes, sure this means that your notification is disabled in woocommerce

    you have to manually go to woocommerce settings emails edit the notification there manually add your email and save. then it will be ok.

    other issue may be that your trigger condition is wrong and that is why it does not trigger
