# ReCaptcha with Jetpack?

 * Hey Jetpack team, not directly sure if this is related to an issue with Jetpack
   or just wordpress in general. When trying to connect to the wp-admin page on 
   my site, I was greeted with a screen saying “To use reCAPTCHA you must get an
   API key from [https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin.&#8221](https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin.&#8221);
   Unfortunately, though, I can’t actually log in to my site to use the API key,
   since that is popping up over the page I normally log in on. I created one at
   the link, but I’m not sure what else I can do with it.
 * When I went to check the wordpress.com page, it said had a notification that 
   said “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection,” with a link to the
   same login page I couldn’t access.
 * Sorry if I’m posting this in the wrong place or if this isn’t an associated issue,
   I’m no web developer, just trying my best to help the company out.

 * I don’t think this is related to Jetpack. You just see that message in WordPress.
   com because your site doesn’t have a Jetpack connection.
 * The reCAPTCHA message is likely caused by another plugin. I’d suggest deactivating
   all plugins manually to see if you can log in:
