reCaptcha v3 conflicting with plugin

    reCaptcha v3 appears to be stopping messages being sent from my contact form 7 plugin (v5.4.2). When I remove the reCaptcha v3 integration, the form sends just fine. I have recreated a new v3 site key but this still doesn’t work.

    Is it a known issue?
