ReCaptcha not shown

    Hi, I am setting Uncanny LearnDash. Following the documentation I have enabled ReCaptcha on the frontend Login page, but it actually doesn’t appear.

    I am using ReCapatcha v2. The parent theme in use is Enfold. I disabled the Enfold option to use ReCaptcha (as probably was in conflict) but I still have the same problem.

    Any suggestion? Thanks

    Hi @elena18 ,

    Sorry about the delay. We did discuss this one internally but had some debate.

    It does sound like an issue somewhere with the configuration. It’s possible another plugin with reCaptcha support is overriding ours, we’re also wondering if you could be using Invisible reCaptcha settings on the Google side or perhaps the LearnDash Integrity plugin. Cloning to Staging and disabling everything except our plugin would also be a good check to see if the reCaptcha does show up in that environment with things disabled.

    And if all else fails, it might help us to get temporary access to take a look, but at that level it’s better to submit a ticket on our website or email support@uncannyowl.com.
