reCaptcha not showing on Contact Form 7

This is my Contact Form 7:

Why isn’t the captcha block showing on my form? I don’t receive any errors, the captcha simply doesn’t display. I looked at the page source and it doesn’t look like the captcha is included.

I am running on a WAMP server
