# RECAPTCHA not showing – no errors

 * So I’ve set up the API keys in the admin for RECAPTCHA & I’ve added my field 
   to the form.
 * You can see the label for the element on the frontend, however, the recaptcha
   just doesn’t appear.
 * There are zero JS errors on the page and i don’t get any notification telling
   me there’s an issue with any API keys or anything else.
 * Any help?

 * Hi there,
    Have you selected the “Invisible” reCaptcha option by any chance?
 * Inspecting the code I can see a reCaptcha field in your form but it seems to 
   be the Invisible version, not the V2 checkbox option.
 * If that is not the case, could you please open a ticket in our helpdesk so we
   can investigate this further?

 * In the settings the RECAPTCHA Type is set to Checkbox (V2).
 * I opened a ticket in the helpdesk and all they told me was to buy a license.
 * The whole support system on this plugin is awful. I’m having a problem with the
   default behaviour of a field using the FREE plugin and yet all I’m told to do
   is to purchase a license. That makes alot of sense doesn’t it?
 * If the FREE plugin can’t even work correctly the very last thing i want to do
   is purchase the PRO.

 * Sorry you’re having trouble with this.
 * Since this seems to be affecting you and not other users, the first thing to 
   check is if there is another plugin or maybe a theme on your site interfering
   with Formidable and causing this issue.
 * Could you please go through the following steps to find the source of the conflict?

 * Thank you for your response,
 * As part of the helpdesk ticket submission I had already gone through and updated
   all plugins, deactivated all plugins, switched to a default theme and cleared
   all caching on the site and no luck with any fixes.
 * Removing custom php & javascript wasn’t a part of this process though so I attempted
   that and it actually seemed to resolve the problem.
 * After some move investigating, I worked out that our version of jQuery seems 
   to be causing the problem. Our jQuery is added onto the site via gulp workflow
   and removing our bundled jQuery file made the RECAPTCHA box reappear.
 * We will still need this packaged jQuery file on our site so I’ll need to work
   out why the bundled file is causing the box to break. I’m gonna hazard a guess
   something to do with using different jQuery versions between this and the default
