Good day,

We already set the site key and secret key but still the recaptcha button was not showing to the front-end. Please fix thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

If the reCaptcha is configured correctly, then it should appear properly in the Frontend. Please check this screenshot for a better understanding. But, it will not be going to work if the credentials for the reCaptcha versions don’t match. For example, If you have generated credentials for ReCaptcha v2, then you need to select the ReCaptcha V2 from the MetForm settings. Can you please make that sure?

If everything is configured correctly and the ReCaptcha is still not appearing, then kindly try clearing the caches from your site and browser as well. I hope it will help. If not, then please share the link to that page/form where you have integrated the ReCaptcha. I will check and let you know an update soon.

I have tried to check the page but seems the site is currently in Maintenance mode and for that reason, can’t able to inspect further. Would you please keep the maintenance mode disabled till I complete the inspection?

Hello @ams05 ,

Thanks for making the site live. I have checked your site and found that you have added the Form inside the Tab using Shortcode. I have tried to reproduce the issue by doing the same and seems the Recaptcha is loading properly. I haven’t found any issues there.

But while inspecting closely, I found that the markups of the reCaptcha aren’t getting loaded at all. since the issue is specifically happening on your end, maybe there is something on your end that is preventing the Recaptcha to work properly. Will you please try running a plugin conflict test on your end? It will help you to trace if there is any plugin that is causing the issue.

To do so, please deactivate other plugins except for Metform and Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect if there is any plugin that causes the problem.

If that doesn’t help, then kindly share the system information of your site. You will find that information by going to Elementor > System Info section. I will check everything accordingly and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

Hello @ams05 ,

Thanks for sharing the System Info. Could you please confirm that you have checked by disabling the plugins you have on your site? It is required because conflicts between the plugins create such issues most of the time. Plugin conflict tests can help to identify what actually causes the issues.
