Recaptcha Not Mandatory to Register or Reset Password

    I have added the recaptcha extension and set it up correctly so it shows on my site and allows users to select it. However, the recaptcha isn’t mandatory so users are able to skip selecting it and still register or reset passwords. I need this updated ASAP so that recaptcha has to be selected.
