  • Looks like you have a plugin or theme causing a problem with the recaptcha javascript.
Temporarily deactivate other plugins to see if the reCAPTCHA starts working.

I also have a problem with recaptcha on this plugin. It does not work anywhere on the site, although the other plugins with recaptcha work correctly. I tried to disable all plugins that use recaptcha, but it did not help.

I have the same problem. It is not shown, but when sending form it says complete recaptcha…

The only thing is added is: <div id=”fscf_recaptcha3″></div>

But no javacript or something else. Why plugin did not complete the code of my website?

@ralfreymann, can you carry out the following test. Disable all of your other plugins except this one. Can you see the captcha code?

If the above does not help can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen?

    Thank you

Last weeks i did make several tests to find the problem. Now i found the reason, but no solutions to solve.

It is no problem with other plugins and no problem with the theme. I tested it with twentyfourteen without any other plugin.

I have a small FS Contact form in the sidebar of my page – without Captcha. On the page itself I have a secound FS Contact Form with Captcha. With old captcha this one is shown. Switching to Recaptcha 2 this is not show. When I remove form in sidebar, it works. It works too, when i use recaptcha in both forms (but looks not good in sidebar).

So what to do to activate recaptcha only for the main form on page?

My guess is that there is a naming conflict between one plugin and the reCaptcha you are migrating to. As mentioned, the probability is that a plugin is causing the problem. If you can rename the same function in either of the scripts (presuming you can identify the culprit) you may alleviate the problem until an update is issued.

No, I dont think so, I wrote: I tested it with twentyfourteen without any other plugin. Only FS Contact Form was activated.

My bad. Talking from prior experience.
