reCaptcha issues appearing suddenly

Hello team,

Unfortunately, I’m having reCaptcha issues out of the blue, after it was working for a while.
First question: is reCaptcha v2 supposed to still work with ContactForm7?
I tried both versions, but I still get similar errors:

The above error is for v2, but I get similar one for v3 too :/
