I am using CF7 on this page : http://www.astroplatform.com/astrologer/vedant-sharmaa/

The form appears when you click the pink mail button, and captcha should appear before send button, and I can even see it in HTML but for some reason it isn’t visible for those who aren’t logged in. When I am logged in, I can see the captcha.

I could see the reCAPTCHA widget. You’ve solved it?

I still can’t see it. I’ve tried FF, Chrome, and Edge.

Edit:
It doesn’t appear the first time the page is loaded, if you refresh it, the reCaptcha starts being visible, but following errors can be seen in console then-

What other plugins and theme do you use?

The theme is listify, and there are a lot of plugins.

Some of them are:
Contact Form DB
iThemes Security (This plugin has been quite problematic)
W3 Total Cache (I have cleared cache)
WP Job Manager – Contact Listing
WP reCaptcha Integration (This might be conflicting)

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.
