Hello, just FYI from a fellow user. I was also locked out with the reCaptcha plugin on my site. I had to go into the wordpress files on the server and delete the folder for the reCaptcha plugin. I was then able to log in and re-install the reCaptcha plugin. I unchecked the wordpress login option in the reCaptcha plugin for now so I didn’t get locked out again.
I still haven’t been able to get the reCaptcha plugin to work properly. I continue to get the same error in all instances: “ERROR: Could not validate the reCaptcha. Please complete it again.”
Hopefully we can get some help 🙂

Are you using this plugin? https://wordpress.org/plugins/login-form-recaptcha/
If so, i recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/login-form-recaptcha so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
Meanwhile, if you need to get in the dashboard area, try deleting this plugin using FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).
If this is not the plugin you are using, please tell us the full name of the plugin.

Thanks,
The full name is: “Paid Member Subscriptions – reCaptcha”
https://www.cozmoslabs.com/add-ons/recaptcha/
It is an Add-on for the “Paid Member Subscription” plugin:
