reCAPTCHA functionality bug locked me out of the website

It worked well for a year, but after the .3 update, it didn’t allow customers to log in or register. They were automatically landing on the block list. Enabling reCAPTCHA v2 for forms led me to being locked out of my own website, since it didn’t show reCAPTCHA options on the front end to be solved. There’s a bug. Permanently deleting this plugin, hopefully they will resolve the issues
