# Recaptcha Connection

 * Since updating the Royal Elementor Plugin there is a connection to google Recaptcha
   which I did’t want – Independent of if I am using the contact form or not. Looks
   like it comes with the plugin itself. 
   Unsolicited connections to google are 
   not allowed in Germany for privacy reasons. Even the cookie banner is not able
   to block it. How can I get rid of the connection without losing the plugin?

   Please
   Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info
   to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [royalelementoraddons@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/recaptcha-connection/royalelementoraddons@gmail.com?output_format=md)
 * Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export
   File and then send this file to our email – [royalelementoraddons@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/recaptcha-connection/royalelementoraddons@gmail.com?output_format=md)
   as well
 * We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to
   debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

 * Hi,
 * I have the same issue. It is not allowed in Germany to call a google service 
   when the user has not allowed it before. Thanks for help.
