• I was using Google’s reCAPTCHA on a couple of forms on my site and then this morning I activated the “Contact Form 7 – PayPal Integration Add-on” plug-in. I noticed once activated the reCAPTCHAs disappeared off of the forms, all of them – not just ones that used the PayPal integration.

I deactivated your plugin and the reCAPTCHAs reappeared.

Is there a reason for this and, more crucially, a fix?

    Thanks,
    Mike

Thanks Scott, much appreciated. I was really enjoying the plugin in the brief period I was testing it so I’m looking forward to reactivating once fixed.

    Cheers,

I’ve just seen there is an update to the Contact Form 7 plugin, I’m sure you’ll be aware of this already but just in case:

    “4.3.1
Fixed: Validation error messages for Really Simple CAPTCHA fields didn’t appear.
Display an alert message if there is a reCAPTCHA widget left unanswered.”

I guess reCAPTCHA is causing a few headaches across the board.

I updated CF7 and then reactivated your PayPal plugin to see if it had been miracously fixed by their update but sadly not, deactivated again for now.

    Cheers for your continued help,
    Mike

Hi – has there been any progress on this?

I was testing this plugin today and notice it stops reCaptcha appearing on all my contact forms (including those NOT using the PayPal feature).

    Thanks
