(the page “settings.php” seems to have no inclusions)

Go to
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/index.html
and click on “GetreCAPTCHA upper right corner”
follow prompts, enter your website address–you will need to sign in via your Google account–and the keys will be provided
I then went to WP dashboard for site and replaced previous keys via WP User plugin settings
