Hi, which Google reCAPTCHA version are you setting up?
Thank you
Hi @nparede,
It looks like you have enabled woo-commerce login form captcha but you don’t have woocommerce plugin installed or activated. Is this correct?
Anyway, I will add some checks in the code to ensure that those particular capture checkboxes cannot be activated if woocommerce is not active.
I have tried with v2 invisible, with v2 and without any code, the error is in all versions. Just desappears when I uncheck the Google reCaptcha as default. I don’t use woo-commerce.
I have anothers sites and the only error detected, when I checks the Google reCaptcha as default box, is in Google Lighthouse Best Practices, it saids “Includes front-end JavaScript libraries with known security vulnerabilities 2 vulnerabilities detected” Library Version: jQuery@1.12.4; Vulnerability Count: 2 ; Highest Severity: Medium.
Hi @nparede
As per my last reply – can you please check the following:
Go to the page WP Security >> Brute Force >> Login Captcha
Are any of the following checkboxes enabled?
Enable Captcha On Woocommerce Login Form
Enable Captcha On Woocommerce Lost Password Form
Enable Captcha On Woocommerce Registration Form
Hi, I don’t need it, but I must install the woocommerce plugin for the error message to disappear.
Hi,
I think you may have misunderstood my question and I still haven’t received an answer 🙂
No, you don’t have to install woocommerce.
All you need to do for now is to disable the following aiowps captcha settings:
Enable Captcha On Woocommerce Login Form
Enable Captcha On Woocommerce Lost Password Form
Enable Captcha On Woocommerce Registration Form
For the next release of the plugin I have made a modification which will hide those woocommerce captcha settings if the woocommerce plugin is not installed or active.
Yes, I have tried with all woocommerce checkbox enable, with all woocommerce checkbox disable. They only way the error disappear is disable the Google recaptcha as default, or installing the woocommerce plugin.
I’ll se waiting for the update.
Thanks
Hi @nparede
Ok I see what you mean now.
I tried a few more tests using twentytwenty theme and I can see the issue.
I will fix this bug for the next release.
@nparede, have you tested the latest version?
Thank you
