# Rebuild from FTP

 * I really screwed it up. So bad that I decided to start over…almost. I download
   the old messed up wp blog via ftp. Deleted it all from the server. I am in the
   process of putting the wp-content folders back but don’t know how to get them
   all linked back up with my discussions. I have them back to 2008. Any direction
   would be appreciated. This really has me tied in a knot!

 * Did you also backup the MySQL database? That’s where all of your settings, posts,
   pages, and comments were stored.
 * /wp-content/ is only your plugins, themes, and uploaded media (images, videos,
   audio).
 * If you have backed up the MySQL database, make sure that you restore it following
