Rearranging comment section

    Or – if not, am I allowed to rearrange default configuration of logging-in method from:
    wordpress/disqus/facebook/g+
    to
    facebook/wordpress/disqus/g+
    so facebook will appear authomatically as preffered option?

    I think you’re asking question in wrong place. What plugin you use for showing these comment methods in tabs? You should ask this question the the comment tab maker plugin. I guess you use one of these plugins:

    1. Super Socializer
    2. Comments Evolved for WordPress
