• Started to use this plugin a month ago, because it is easier to have all the payment on one place, but this plugin is just terrible. Not only after updates, but also during the use i get disconnected from my Revolut account. So i never know when my payments are working.

    This is the error under each defined payment. And then i need to reconfigure it. But i never know when is not working.

    To receive payments using Revolut gateway for Woocomerce, please configure your API key.

    We as a business really like Revolut, but this plugin cost us quite a lot. The orders just didn’t come in. So my experience: use something else.

    – Open the Revolut Business App
    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)

    Hello,

    I can put some effort in this and see if your team can find out what is going on. But I can’t find Chat options under help. It used to be, because i have some history of chats, but now i can’t find that option.

    In the help section, please see if you can go to any relevant section to the issues you are having. Within any of the articles, there should be a button named “Chat with us” allowing you to contact support.
