Really no WordPress.com-Connection?

I studied the language pack as the plugin has very poor translated language support and found that a lot of these plugins which are not included in the slim jetpack (subscription for example) seem to be still included, because their textstrings are still contained in the language pack and links in the module configuration show “Jetpack by wordpress.com” text..

so please do make clear which connection is contained and which one not.
