Really need some title help! (1 post)

I'm really struggling with titles at the moment and would appreciate some help. I've already followed the FAQ advice and have replaced previous code with "<title><?php wp_title(''); ?></title>". I have also checked and unchecked force rewrite titles to no effect.

I just want my titles to be uniform and according to my indexing they should be, but on Google they're not!

For example, under 'Pages' I have "%%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%". For this (http://www.drunkenwerewolf.com/blog/introducing-ghxst/) article, on Google I'm getting "Introducing: GHXST » DrunkenWerewolf". This is the format I want to use for all posts. However, for this (http://www.drunkenwerewolf.com/blog/introducing-kill-moon/) article, on Google I'm getting "Introducing: Kill Moon - - Drunken Werewolf". I'm using the same index so I don't understand why the titles are different?!

I'm having another problem with pages, which are indexed "%%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%" also. Google finally updated on Friday and this (http://www.drunkenwerewolf.com/magazine/) page now appears as "MAGAZINE » DrunkenWerewolf". I used this title over a month ago and updated to "Bristol Music Magazine » DrunkenWerewolf" on Thursday. Why did Google pick up an old title? Why not bypass to the current title?

Like I say, I just want my titles to be uniform. It's really frustrating that this plugin doesn't seem to be able to perform the simplest function since its last update...
