• I really like where this is headed. I am thinking on getting rid of another paid-for plugin optimizer and just using the Pro version of this. This one is much more comprehensive. As additional Webp documentation comes online that will help for sure (looks like Jordy has been mega-busy last while!!! Good work as always).

One suggestion. SEO seems to like this-funky-filename.jpg instead of I-Forgot-And-Used-Camel_Casewithunder_score.jpg. Any chance of normalizing filenames during uploadaddition of media? Or is this best over in File Renamer? I think this feature request would only make sense during an upload. Once it is in the system and in use then a more comprehensive file name change (ie File Renamer) probably makes more sense.

    Hi @msunny010101,

Thank you so much for saying that! It really matters to me, because I have been trying to push this plugin towards a new direction; a way to handle images easily and to optimize them.

For the renaming, yes, you should absolutely use Media File Renamer, it has been made for that 🙂

What is the other image optimizer you have been using, and what is it doing? Is there something that you still miss in Perfect Images? Let me know everything, and I’ll try my best to push the plugin that way.

Jordy – I will reply via a PDF attachment to your support portal (likely later today, North American Pacific Time). I have some thoughts to add to future direction possibilities for you to mull over. Thanks, Michael

The PDF is done but I don’t see an email address I can send to on your site. Please advise me (msunny010101@gmail.com) where to send the file. Thx
