Really great tool!! I would say the best, and I tried a bunch.

I have not used the plugin yet for an extended period of time, however, setting it up initially was entirely seamless. It was one click to tie in automatically to start a few credits to try out the system. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the settings are straight forward. I found that the best settings for my particular use and preferences were to not get context from the page, and to use the “Elaborate” setting. However the ability to set this and achieve different results based on preference, is really helpful. You can also enter your own prompt text. I did not find this was necessary but I’m glad the feature is there. There is also a very useful setting for Site Visibility, this allows you to use the plugin on a private network / site that is not on the internet. This setting got me past the bot blocking that is on our public site that caused an issue initially.

I must also mention both the professionalism of this plugin page and website: having the details of the plugin outlined completely on the plugin page was extremely helpful. Most plugins use this space for sales pitches and buzz words. Here there is no need for fluff, the plugin stands on it’s own and has the feature set and ease of use that are reflected on the page. The website is also refreshingly professional and it is easy to find the information that you need. If you need help, the chat is responded to immediately and a real person talks you through any issues.
