• Problem:
    I did not see any attandees for events from my website in the ‘Event Tickets Plus’ iOS app.

    Solution:
    Need to sync the WooCommers orders by turning on the compatibility mode at Advanced > Features in the WooCommerce dashboard.

    Great support:
    John Beacham from the support team at The Events Calendar was really a great help and in the end provided me with a solution to the problem!
    He took my reported problem seriously and coordinated with his developers and wrote me back several times within a few days.
    Turned out to be an incompatiblity of The Events Tickets plugin with  WooCommerce’s new HPOS, as of April 2024.
