# Really frustrated

 * I pay for the pro plugin, and was just recently billed but I am not having ANY
   luck having them email me back with the issues I am having. If I don’t hear back
   by next week I will ask my bank for a refund, this is ridiculous.

 * Mayby, they have stopped replying Pro-users. 
   I have tried to get answers in 
   several months.
