Really desperate by now: Any support with User Locations plugin?

    I would not ask this if it were not desperate now. I have purchased the User Locations plugin, and something is really not working as expected: The map does not show all the members (in fact: only very few).

    I have filed a support ticket about 10 days ago, and got no reply. I re-filed another support ticket on friday last week, and got no reply. I searched the ultimatemember website for anything to contact, there is nothing – an address to write a letter in paper. Is this company up and running at all?

    Is there anyone out there providing help with User Locations plugin? I’d be glad to provide details. Many thanks!

    If you have purchased one of our extensions or our bundle and you need help, you will need to submit a support ticket via our website as we are only allowed to provide support on this forum for the free plugin hosted on the wordpress.org website.

    Hello Aswin,

    thank you, but did you read my post? I HAVE submitted a support ticket with the email address I provided when purchasing. The mail address IS working, as I received the UM login information AND I receive other e-mails.

    Noone is replying. Someone has to READ them and REPLY. What can I do?

    My apologies. I have started an enquiry into my mail provider – seems that the mail has been consumed by a SPAM filter there. Perfect service, problem solved (the problem of contact, and the problem on the website). Thanks a lot!
