Really complex and hard to integrate styles

It looks like this contact form plug-in will do the job but unfortunately, it is extremely complex. First of all, there are NINE tabs of options pages. When all you need is a contact form, that seems like overkill. Where I specifically ran into issues was when trying to remove commenting on my contact form. I had it globally disabled but the plug-in somehow allowed a comment box. Additionally, when it came to styling, the interface is useless and I couldn’t add Bootstrap classes to the styles, basically locking me into the complex interface. It gets 2 stars for working but I am switching to Contact Form 7, which is much simpler and allows Captcha and Bootstrap, even if I have to install two more plug-ins.
