• I initially gave a lower rating because of the delayed and unsatisfying response from the support team.
    They have, however, resolved the issue.
    There was some miscommunication somewhere along the way.
    But I am thankful that we have a better communication now. I have re-purchased the premium subscription. Thanks for all the effort!

    Is it possible to turn on/off “Customer Pay Option” depending on Membership plan/type?

    Example:

    Free Member (Turn Off “Customer Pay Option”) : Will have no option to choose payment option, and will default to woocommerce’s payment option, i.e. Bank Transfer

    Silver Member (Turn On “Customer Pay Option”) : Will have the option to input their bank account info for customer’s to send payments to.

    How this can achievable without customization?

    I did not ask for customization. I simply asked if there is a fix for this.

    This is a custom build addon for special purpose. Now do not consider this as a “premium addon” and we will provide all modification to this as per your requirement.

    And they closed ALL my open tickets without notifying me after sending that last reply, along with a note that says you have been refunded.

    Honestly I don’t know how we can satisfy you! Possibly it was our fault to provide you such a custom addon. At very first step we should mentioned that, this will be a custom development.
