Buggy before, even buggier after this latest update

We’ve been working with this plugin for 1.5 years now. We built up a website for a hotel with this plugin and the Hillter theme (which was developed by the same team and they suggest to use it with that). First it seemed alright, although there were some bugs from the beginning but mostly the support helped, even though the communication wasn’t so easy because they are very hard to understand in English.
Later we had even more bugs, and this year (2018) the reservation system started make very weird problems, e.g. not counting the number of nights well, producing wrong calculations in the end (some problem with the ends of months, but never got a real answer what might cause it, so we could not even fix it). They say they don’t support the old version anymore, so they won’t even fix problems in that, but the new version is not really ready either. Now we are at the point of leaving this plugin, since there is still no new working version of the v3.0 that was released in the middle of last year, and even the free version is buggy, we tried to update the website, but basically everything fell apart or disappeared.
Sad, because generally we could manage everything we needed with this plugin, and in spite of the smaller bugs in the beginning it seemed to be worth buying it, but now we really regret it. We can build a whole new website, since Hillter is not really good with any other reservation plugin either.
