Real time updates from shop

I have two issues…

My client updated their spreadshirt shop and the changes DID NOT reflect on the website… Is there a way where the plugin can look for changes and add them to the website where the plugin is stored?… so both shop and website are updated at the same time?

Second, spreadshirt hold discounts and adds a banner to the actual shop through their website… My client is wondering if that same sale can populate on their website so the people on the personal website can be notified of sales etc?
