Real People – Real Support

This membership plugin hs more features in the free tier than others have in the subscription plans.
I had a conflict with another plugin that caused a login issue. I clicked the support link expecting an AI bot. I got Sanju, a real person.
I had to leave the chat. I received a message with my chat transcript and an offer resume support. I gave a complete description of the issue.
I then received a message from another real person, Uzwal, with a snippet to correct any conflict. Eventually we found the and correct the source of the conflict.
Both kept in contact until all was well.
This was not premium support, this was free tier initial install support!

They never pressured me to purchase. They focused on getting my free tier working so that I can decide what I need.
