Real estate website
-
Hi,
I recently launched my latest WordPress real estate website, AndOpportunities.com.
Site overview…
1. It’s super simple to add property photos, pdf’s, videos and audio per property, as well as related info: Listing Price, Beds, Baths, SQFT, Schools, Views, etc. It’s all set up to be very search engine friendly too, using WordPress’ existing blogging power, some simple plugins, and of course major tweaks and several additions to the theme.
2. MLS listings are automatically fed onto their website, via IDX, and they’re updated by the hour. Each property automagically creates its own page, right there on your real estate website, thus under your domain.
3. It’s working. They had a WordPress real estate website before, however, it wasn’t very inviting/welcoming. It was also very stagnant, and consequently, was on page 11 (of Google) for “las vegas short sale” just prior to launching their new website. Now they’re on page 3, roughly a month later, with no additional SEO work. They’ve been going up in ranks one placement a day, usually, moving up a full page a week (roughly). I’m pretty certain we can hit page 1 of Google by the end of next month, then go all out for the top spot.
That all said, I would appreciate your constructive feedback on the design, implementation, and possibly some insight into making it more effective and easier to use.
Thanks for your time!
