I hope you are doing well and thanks for contacting us. At the end of last week all MRIS & TREND customers were transitioned to the new MLS feed, BRIGHT MLS. We are currently experiencing an issue specific to this feed.
Assuming this is your feed, if you would like to receive an update on the issue once it is resolved, please contact our support team by email, Support@DiverseSolutions.com. The issue is a priority to resolve.
If this is not your feed, however, please also contact our Support Team so that we can investigate the issue further.
Remember to include your name on your account, domain name, and any additional details that might be important.

Any additional information? I saw there was a plugin update and I no longer get the error message about real estate data when clicking any of the links, but the simplest shortcodes still don’t work. Example: [idx-listing mlsnumber=”CR9011215″]

I hope you are doing well! And yes, the previous issue was resolved after about a day or so.
Since TREND and MRIS are now under BRIGHT MLS the MLS numbers have changed. You can find the listing in question by using this MLS Listing ID: 1005933251
Typically new listings show up in our feed pretty quickly but occasionally there can be issues when the feed is updated. If you ever do notice a missing listing just contact our Support Team at Support@DiverseSolutions.com and they can manually download the listing to our feed.
A secondary option, especially if it is after hours or on the weekend, is for you to make a small edit to the listing in the MLS (such as to the description). And this triggers the MLS to send out an update to us with the listing.

Is HAR MLS effected by this change. Our listings are not being pulled either. Please have support reach out.

No, this issue would be fully separate of HARMLS.
I checked other HARMLS customer sites and do see listings displaying. See: http://prntscr.com/m75x0i
This tells me that there is likely something environmental affecting your account specifically. It could be a number of different things but the best way to get this figured out quickly is to contact our support team with your account information (name on account/domain name associated) so they can help you investigate and correct this issue.
