 * Hi. All my posts are receiving a 0 score for Flesch reading ease. Is this likely
or could there be a technical problem? I’m not a genius writer but I’m sure they
are simpler than that, it is far from university thesis level. The other strange
thing is that when I click on something on the page back end to make a change,
the whole readability analysis changes, and then it comes up with like a 64 score
as well as some of the other aspects changing too, and then as soon as I click
update, it goes back to 0 again. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Freading-score-0%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@kirstenkerr5](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kirstenkerr5/) ,
 * We’re sorry that you are experiencing problems that might be caused by our plugin!
Can you please confirm if you’re on Yoast SEO 14.7? Is everything updated on
   your site?
 * If everything is updated and the issue persists, we would like to rule out any
plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to **
deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme** like [Twenty Nineteen](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentynineteen/).
 * Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend
using the [Health Check & Troubleshooting](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check **without affecting normal
   visitors to your site**.
 * As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like
to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:
[How to check for plugin conflicts](https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/).
