@frankbiganski Hi there, thanks for reaching out and for explaining this in detail. Could you first confirm where exactly you’re seeing this message for Reader Revenue Manager? Is this in your Site Kit dashboard? Or are you receiving this via another channel such as an email? If you could share a screenshot of this then that would be helpful to see.
Please also feel free to share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. I can review this to see if anything stands out with your setup. Feel free to share any screenshots to the private form.
Let me know if you have any other questions at this time.

Thank you Adam. I submitted the site health info and a screenshot link via your form.
I see the banner appear after a few seconds after I click on the Site Kit link in the left menu of my WordPress dashboard. The screengrab link will show it.
I think I just discovered something that be provide the answer – accidentially.
I have Site Kit installed on fours other WordPress websites. I looked at one of the, clicked on Site Kit link, and that India banner was present.
I then went to another website and the banner was not present. BUT, I was also prompted to update WordPress translations and right after I did that, I went back to Site Kit link and the India banner is showing.
So perhaps this is a bug between WordPress translations updates and Site Kit?
@frankbiganski Thanks for the added context. I have confirmed with the team that this banner is expected to display even if you are not based in India. So this is not a bug and is expected behaviour.
You mentioned above that you were having trouble dismissing the banner. Is this still the case? If so, that is something we would look into for you. Could you share a recording of this behaviour if possible? Could you also confirm if you get the same behaviour when running through the troubleshooting steps here?
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.

Thanks James and sorry for my lack of follow up. I followed Adam’s instructions and uploaded screengrabs and it seems the issue was a bug between/with Google Site Kit and the WordPress language update, which was fixed at some point in time as the issue is no longer present.
Best,
Frank
