(NOTE: we have had to temporarily disable Jetpack because since we upgraded to 3.7.1 it causes a bug with the Author name for posts)

We have had several readers tell us that they do not get emails notifying them of new comments in threads that they have subscribed to.
Any help appreciated!

Could you contact us via email, and give us a few examples of the email addresses that do not receive notifications so we can have a closer look?
